Play transforms lives, and this week’s guest, Martin Mapoma, believes one way to get the most out of play is by transforming our bodies. Martin is a fitness and nutrition expert who runs a youth strength and conditioning program called Primal Play.
I got to talk to him about why he believes it’s so important to teach fitness to kids as early as possible, how he motivates them through play, and how we adults can do the same. Getting strong and gaining the ability to move well doesn’t have to be torture. We can reach new heights and depths of fun and enjoyment in our lives when we take care of our bodies.
