Get ready to meet The Cultivator of Curiosity! I really love this conversation because in it, Lauren Yee and I tackle one of my favorite topics: How can we play like children, but as adults?
Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with playing tag or red rover as grownups. But if we never stopped believing that play is beneficial and developed deeper, adult ways of playing as we got older instead of putting it away, what could that look like? And most importantly, how can play principles be incorporated into our workplace relationships and career goals? This conversation tackles all of these questions and more.

“In play, everything’s valid. There are no bad ideas. The shame of not knowing things or doing something different or doing something wrong, it’s so conditioned that it has to be an active practice to be more playful, be more curious.”
